With elegant bathrooms with two bath tubs and spacious living areas this property is the perfect place to unwind and relax with the family.

The Perfect Beach House is in an amazing location for families with Mollymook beach only a minute’s walk, and a minute’s drive from the bogey hole. The kids will love the fabulous new park located at south end Mollymook. 5 minutes up the road you have Funland Ulladulla, Ulladulla arcadia twin cinema and 10 pin bowling at the Dunn and Lewis centre Ulladulla.

A Surfers delight – Try your hand at one of the surf schools in town to brush up on your skills or take a beginners class at one of our famous beaches that featured in the 16 best places to surf in Australia with Bannister head suck rock, Bannisters point, Conneley’s reef, Collers beach, Ulladulla warden head, Aussie pipeline, Narrawallee, Rennies beach just to name a few all a minute’s walk or drive from The Perfect Beach House.

A foodie’s dream – the Mollymook Ulladulla area hosts some the best foodie locations on the south coast with Bannisters by the sea, Bannisters pavilion, The Ruse, Carlo’s Italian seafood restaurant, Cupitts winery and many more you are spoiled with choice and adventure.

Golfers paradise – It doesn’t matter if you are a pro or a beginner, this property is located near both beautiful course’s. Mollymook beach side golf club has a great 9 hole course club house and restaurant and for the avid golfer you are minute’s drive from prestigious Hilltop Golf course that ranks in the top 100 courses in Australia.

The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is NOT supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting Karen from Aroma Linen Hire on 0401 284 046. Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)
