This two storey beach house is perfect for your next holiday. Situated in a sought after location just metres to the very popular and family friendly Gannet Beach.

You will instantly feel like you are on holidays when you enter this home as it has been designed and furnished to reflect the beach look and feel. You will love the two good size decks perfect for entertaining or for finding a quiet spot and taking some time out.

The lovely rear yard is fully fenced.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and Nespresso pod coffee machine. The bathrooms are modern and there is a slow combustion fire place for the cooler months (fire wood is not provided).

The bedding configurations are as follows –
Living area upstairs
Bedrooms downstairs
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed and tri- bunk

Bawley Point will captivate you with beautiful beaches and splendid national parks. You’ll find plenty of things to do and see around this seaside hamlet, from swimming and surfing to fishing and bushwalking. You can even visit a winery and a berry farm. Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays. There is a range of farm animals including alpaca’s, deer and sheep to keep the children entertained also. Nearby Cupitt’s Winery in Ulladulla was also voted in the top 5 wineries in NSW.

South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein’s Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook only a 30 minute drive north.

Just 30 minutes drive west, is Clyde River Berry Farm, Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey.

The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Bella Coastal Property will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.

The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is NOT supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting Amelia from Bawley Point Linen Hire on 0405 467 144. Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)
